Now I have signed up where do I login?

  1. Go to the top right of your screen and click login.
  2. Enter your details.
  3. Use the changed menu at the top right of your screen to access the online membership areas

Where do I go to watch the videos?

  1. Login
  2. Click “videos” on  the top right of your screen
  3. Chapters of videos are listed under the welcome video from Mark

I can’t remember my password

  1. Go to login
  2. Click “Lost your Password?” and type in your email address or username THEN CLICK “reset password
  3. Check your email. A link will be emailed to you which you need to click on to re access your account.

I want to ask Mark a question – where should I do that?

  1. Mark answers questions each month on his live seminars. Once he posts the time of the next seminar in our Facebook Membership Group you can add your question as a comment (seminars are about the 6th day of each month; details are posted 7-10 days prior). Posting your question here or when Mark is live ensures it will get addressed. Time frame: answer on the seminar
  2. Or, you can add your question to our forum. This is open for other people to comment on and help with; and allows your answer to be a part of a learning discussion that others can easily refer to. This is great for any questions and clarification of training; though there is no guarantee that Mark will address your question due to his limited time (though he tries!).  Time frame: Mark checks the forum once a week
  3. Or, you can send in a video and Mark will respond with suggestions. Your video will be used on the membership but you will get a lot of personal instruction for free! Time frame: 3-7 days
  4. Due to the high volume of emails and messages that Mark receives we do recommend you sending a question through this way.

How do I get onto the live seminars or watch a previous one?

  1. The monthly live seminars are posted on our Facebook Group here
  2. They are also added to the membership videos so you do not need to have a Facebook account.

How do I cancel my membership?

  1. Go to Account
  2. Change your membership

How do I update a bank card?

  1. You can ring me and I can do it over the phone
  2. Or, go to Account, select Change, select Cancel, select Renew, add new card details.
